How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link at any time to check the status of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. To start a return, email us at tidynest.boutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at tidynest.boutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by region — typically 7–14 business days for the US and Canada, and 8–25 business days for the rest of the world. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at tidynest.boutique@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
